Members, event professionals and/or venue operators found to have acted in an inappropriate way, or in his/her conduct or behaviour against others will be banned from the site.

For Event Hosts, Venue Operators nd Influencers

The Gatherings.social diversity initiatives are also important to our Event Hosts and Venue Operators. This is especially true regarding recruitment and selection; promotions; bonuses and the ongoing development of a business environment built on the premise of gender, diversity and equity that encourages and enforces:

• Respectful and kind communication and cooperation between all users of the site.
• Teamwork and participation, permitting the representation of all groups and perspectives.
• Work/life balance through self-directed work schedules to accommodate varying needs.
• Organizational training and contributions to the communities we serve to promote a greater understanding and respect for the diversity.
• All employees, members, event hosts, venue operators and influencers have a responsibility to always treat others with dignity and respect. All of us are expected to exhibit conduct that reflects inclusion during gatherings, events, adventures, as well as work, at work functions on or off the work site, and at all other company-sponsored and participative events.
• Anyone connected to Gatherings.social found to have exhibited any inappropriate conduct or behaviour against others may be subject to removal from the app.
